Technology is a true academician and has got wide national and international experience. He was born on August 14th 1969. He has obtained his M.S. Degree in 1994 and Ph.D. degree in 1998 from Southern illinois University, USA with the specialization in the area of Wireless Communications. His Ph.D. research was based on rank tests for radar detection and digital signal & image processing. He secured “A” grades in all the subjects of MS and Ph.D degrees. He has 18 years of Teaching Research experience including 6 years as a Faculty in Tuskegee University in USA. He has developed several laboratories based on State of the Art Fitte, which will help Engineering Students to become familiar with computer aided design and simulation.

Dr. H.G. Chandrakanth has an extensive international experience working in many foreign Universities like Tuskegee University and Southern Illinois University. Prior to that Dr. H.G. Chandrakanth was Project Engineer in Bharat Electronics Ltd. He served as Principal in reputed engineering colleges of VTU. He has an extensive experience in research which has resulted in several conferences and Journal paper publications He is in the Review Committee for several technical journals and conferences. He is also the member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and life member of Indian Society for Technical Education
