The Department carries out various Industry-Institute interaction events for the benefit of
the students. Some of the events organized in recent past are:

| 1) Seminar on Machine Learning |
The Department of ISE conducted Guest Lecture on "MACHINE LEARNING",
17th MARCH 2018 by Mr. Vamshi, Senior Quality Analyst, Sapiens India. The
students were introduced to vibrant field such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. |

| 2) Seminar on Internet of Things |
The Department of ISE in association with Reliable Network Technologies
conducted a seminar on Internet of Things on 17th February 2018.The students were
introduced to the current advancements in the field of IOT. |

| GUEST LECTURE ON "RECENT TRENDS IN HIBERNATE FRAMEWORK" |

A Guest lecture was organized on “RECENT TRENDS IN HIBERNATE
FRAMEWORK” on 28th April 2017 . The Key note speaker was Mr.Byra Reddy, Tech
Lead, Aarika Infosystems, Bangalore. The lecture was very informative and 65
students and all faculty members attended this program. |

| TWO DAYS WORKSHOP ON “WEBDEV 3.0” |
| |
The “WEBDEV 3.0” Workshop was held on 11th & 12h March,
2016. The trainer was Mr Mubarak.N , from SPARK TECHNOMEDIA (P) LTD. There were 60 students
who attended this workshop by various departments of different colleges. One day theory
session was held and followed by one day of practical session. The students from different
colleges shared their experience regarding the two days workshop and gave a good feedback about the workshop. |

| GUEST LECTURE ON "SOFTWARE RELIABILITY" |

One day Guest lecture was organized on “SOFTWARE RELIABILITY” on 12TH NOVEMBER 2016 .
The Key note speaker was Dr.Ajeet Kumar PhD, MIET, MIEEE Director, Reliasystem,Hyderabad
and 65 students attended this Program. |

| "VISHIST" AND "SAYONARA – 2017, ALUMNI MEET" |
"VISHIST" AND "SAYONARA – 2017, ALUMNI MEET"
The annual student forum techno-cultural event "VISHIST-2017" was organized
on 30th May 2017. On this day a farewell for the final year students "SAYONARA-2017"
was also organized. The chief guest, Mr.Ravi Doraiswamy,Senior director ,Oracle India
Private Ltd ,Bangalore in the presence of principal Dr H.G. Chandrakanth, and Dr T. John
Peter, HOD, Dept of ISE ,distributed the graduation certificates to the final year students.
This was later followed by the cultural events where the students presented their talents in sports,
music, dance, short film making etc. The students from all the other departments also participated in this event. |

| "VISHIST" AND "SAYONARA – 2016, ALUMNI MEET" |

The chief guest, Dr.B Thangaraju ,Senior Consultant Wipro Technologies Bangalore in the presence of principal Dr H.G. Chandrakanth, and Dr T. John Peter, HOD, Dept of ISE ,distributed the certificates to the final year students. This was later followed by the cultural events where the students presented their talents in sports, music, dance, short film making etc. The students from all the other departments also participated in this event. |
