The various co-curricular
activities in the department are:
- Most of the faculties & all the students are members of professional bodies like ISTE, IETE and IEEE.
- IETE & IEEE Student forum are regularly organizing special talks & workshops for students by experts on cutting edge areas like PSOC, Nanotechnology, MIMO etc
- GENRIX student organization of ECE , INTEL,TEXAS and WIPRO students groups organizes many inter-collegiate fests and activities every year that receive participation from other colleges in the city.
- Ethnic Day to showcase the regional flavor from our students is conducted Last Saturday of every month.
- Every Wednesday, the department dress code is observed by all our students and faculty : Dress code for girls & Lady faculty – Pink color dress. Dress code for Boys & Gents faculty – White Shirt & Black Trouser.

Deepika. A. Nair had her initial training in the pandanallur style bharathanattayam and also mohini attamunder guru Santhosh Nair at age of five. Currently she is being trained under kalayogi guru pulikeshikasturi for past 12 years. Under the able guidance of guru pulikeshi,deepika has completed all the examinations conducted by the secondary education board. Recently she completed the VidwatAntima also withFirst class. Also she has completed her junior vocal music. During the learning process she had performed at various places which include srivaikammahadeva temple Kottayam, Dravidian universitykuppam, sreeayyappa temple, sridurgaparmeshwar temple, BELMA, vikasutsav and dance productions like srinivasakalyana, parivarthana, panchatantrs, dashavatra, rukminisathyabamakalaha, world dance day and many other ballets. |

Gayathri G, final year student has attended the “BBROY” event under the banner of TATVA 2016 at BNM institute of Tech, Bangalore on 27th Feb, 2016, and secured First Place with cash award. |

Mayuri in Taekwando (Korean Martial Art) in which she has achieved her black belt under the coaching, guidance, and all encouragement of her Master, Mr. Krishnamurthy (5th Dan, Black Belt, Kukkiwon, National Team Coach). |
