Teaching Learning Process

The teaching-learning process is a systematic and planned approach, where both the teacher and student work together to achieve the desired learning outcomes. The university provides course outcomes along with the syllabus, and the department ensures that these are delivered to students as specified. This structured approach not only helps students better understand the subject but also aligns their learning with industry requirements.

At the Civil Engineering Department, we follow a comprehensive process that includes PowerPoint presentations and experiential learning. These methods also aim to instill professional responsibilities in students. Teachers encourage deep understanding of topics by guiding students in their learning journey. Students are encouraged to explore subjects independently and present their findings in class, enhancing their engagement in the learning process. Regular assessments are conducted to gauge students’ understanding and progress. Additionally, hands-on sessions using the latest software are provided to enhance practical skills.

To stay updated with the latest syllabus, faculty members participate in various Faculty Development Programs, conferences, workshops, and seminars. The department also invites renowned academicians and industry experts to share their knowledge, benefiting both students and faculty alike.
